I am pleased to announce to our valued clients and alliance partners that Tax Projects Group, Ltd. has changed its name to the Research Credit Group, Inc. ("RCG"). This new name more accurately describes the focus of our services and reflects our reputation as The Nation's Most Experienced R&D Tax Credit Advisors.

During the past six months, we have experienced tremendous growth in many areas including:

• 14 Full-time employees
• 5 licensed engineers with graduate degrees
• 4 Certified Technical Writers
• New 4,000 sq-ft office in Hudson, Ohio
